First Light - The Pass

On the exclusive road leading to Byron Bay's famous Light House sits this grand house with magnificent ocean and rainforest views. Just a short stroll away are the Pass and Wategos Beach for your early morning swim or surf.

The house is split level with two separate living areas and storage for all the surfboards. The house is perfect for entertaining with its modern gourmet kitchen, dining room and large outdoor balcony for al fresco dining. There is also a private sheltered BBQ area at the back.

The Master Bedroom is located separately at the highest point of the residence to take full advantage of the beautiful views of the bay. It also features an oversized walk through wardrobe and ensuite.

The second bedroom is located on the mid level and features a queen size bed. The main entertaining areas are also on this level.

There is another lounge area and wrap around deck on the lower level offering many places for quiet reflection. A further two beautiful light-filled bedrooms are located on the lower level: one has a queen size bed, the other has a king size bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
