Havana

Havana is a quintessential Beach House right on Clarkes Beach and perfect for large groups or one or two families. A great mixture of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, plus the beautifully secluded and sunny swimming pool is what makes Havana a very popular holiday property.

The master bedroom is on the lower level with and ensuite and private side patio. A further three bedrooms are on the top floor as well as a second bathroom. There are two separate lounge rooms to allow everyone their own space, as well as two seperate outdoor dining areas overlooking the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniances of home and caters easily to an indoor dining table for 8 or the BBQ area. Full laundry facilities and secured undercover parking are also available.

Located across from the Captain Cook Lookout, Havana gives you easy access to both Clarkes and Tallows beach, all while being a short 10 minutes walk from town. With such close proximity to town, you will be surprised by the privacy and peaceful tranquility provided by Havana.
