Located right on the beachfront of Wategos is this large family-friendly holiday property with every possible feature desired for the perfect getaway. Set on a large corner block with manicured gardens and views to die for, this house makes the most of its position with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, and a wrap around balcony on the top floor.

The oversized main lounge and living area boasts high ceilings, comfortable lounges and a log fire, and flows naturally out to the front outdoor entertaining and bbq area. At the back of the house is a large 12mtre swimming pool with a shaded Mediterranean style patio and sun lounges. The kitchen is also open plan with ample space and marble bench tops. There are two dining areas and a breakfast bar looking out to the beach.

The house has 6 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with a double bed, beautiful bay window straight to the waves and a walk in robe. The second is also on the ground floor with a double bed and opens out to a private courtyard. The ground floor also features a laundry, two bathrooms and a children’s activity area.

On the top floor is the Master Bedroom which opens out onto the balcony, with a king size bed; ensuite bathroom complete with spa bath; and walk in robe. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are also on the top floor, both featuring queen size beds and balcony access. The sixth bedroom is the children’s room overlooking the pool with 3 single beds.
