CHRISTMAS EVE DEC 24th
Bangalow Christmas Eve Carnival
5pm – 9pm Wednesday 24th December
The Bangalow Christmas Eve Carnival is famous shire-wide! With street performers, food trucks, fair-ground rides and Christmas cheer in abundance, this is the most wonderful family-friendly event!
Celebrate Christmas Eve at Harvest in the hinterland restaurant where passion and creativity showcase the finest home-grown, hand-picked ingredients and harness the powerful connection between food and nature. The festive Wild Harvest menu explores Australia’s native ingredients with dishes that are vital, wild and creative as never before, ensuring a traceable dining experience. 4 courses | $75 per head + $50 Beverage pairing. CHRISTMAS DAY DEC. 25th
The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co
Celebrate Christmas by the bay in style with bubbles on arrival, a premium seafood platter plus all the Christmas trimmings of roast lamb and whole baked fish. Lunch will begin at 12:00 pm and will have three sittings of 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm. The price for adults is $180 and will include a bottle of wine between two and children under 18 years can have all the soft drink and juice they can drink with their meal for $70. Elements of Byron – Graze Restaurant
The Graze Christmas day lunch and dinner buffet will be a showcase of pizza oven breads, antipasto including house-smoked salmon, artisan cured meats, olives, prawns, freshly shucked oysters, wide selection of gourmet salads, roasted turkey, pork, glazed ham, baked salmon, an extensive selection of local vegetable sides, handmade desserts, fruit platters and cheese.
Advanced reservations are available for resort guests only at this stage (breakfast, lunch & dinner meal periods). Reservations are highly recommended.

NEW YEARS EVE DEC 31st
Family Friendly – Soul Street
Between 4pm and 10pm on December 31, Jonson Street (main street Byron Bay) will transform into a street party celebration. Market stalls and food stall will line the street. The kids will be entertained by a variety of buskers, amusement rides, circus performers, drummers, face painters, fire twirlers, and more. Celebrate New Year’s Eve in their beautiful new surrounds.

With its beachfront views and quality eats, you can’t go wrong booking a seat at Beach Byron to ring in the new year. In previous years it’s hosted three-hour dining offerings complete with views, and this year we’re anticipating the same.
The theme of Harvest Newrybar’s NYE party this year is masquerade, so don your best mask and be that lady/man of mystery. It’s a night of food, drinks and disco with entry priced at $195 and the party starting at 7pm and ending at 1am. And because Harvest is socially responsible, it’s offering a free shuttle service from Suffolk Park and Byron Bay to its doorstep and back.
The Beach Hotel
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Paradise Found NYE party at the Byron Bay Beach Hotel. The party will feature food stalls, cocktail bars, body painting, DJs, live acts and more.
