The start of the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse track is only 100m from the back door or take a coastal walk over to the famous surfing spot ‘The Pass’. From here it is a pleasant walk along the beach to the bustling heart of Byron Bay.

Situated on Marine Parade, overlooking Byron Bay’s most spectacular beach – Wategos. Sit front row for the spectacular sunsets over Mount Warning and spot whales from the balcony. Access the property from Julian Place. It’s an easy stroll down to the sand and surf and 100m to the start of the Lighthouse walking track. Rae’s Seafood Restaurant is also located at Wategos, where you can dine in for lunch or dinner. Alternatively, drive 10min into the heart of Byron Bay where you will find some of the world’s best cafés, restaurants, boutiques and bars.
